Unlike 90% of inshore Diving contractors within the UK Sealane Divers are contracted full time. The Minimum service at present is 7 years.

Sealane Divers have a long experience within the company. This is not always the case as when working on multiple projects. There may be a need for 2 or more teams and Inevitably a subcontracted diver will be brought in to cover the workload. We do however guarantee 4/5 on the team will be Sealane staff.
